Job Description
A & R Hospitality Management is looking for a Human Resources Generalist that is adept at employee relations, investigations, building relationships, compensation/benefits, and training/development.

The HR Generalist will have a broad knowledge of human resources functions including payroll, benefits administration, training & development initiatives and labor regulations. The HR Generalist will also act as the secondary point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

Our ideal candidate will:
Process payroll for multiple companies across multiple states.
Assist with the internship development program by providing training support and guidance to managers and associates.
Administer benefit plans for new hires and during open enrollment.
Process employment verifications, unemployment claims and worker’s compensation claims.
Have general knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
