For Full-time, the associate will work 30 hours a week, Mon-Friday, no holidays and possible weekends when needed.
For Part-time, the associate will be required to work 3 days/week (for 24 hours/week/8-hour shifts) in various assigned locations throughout assigned regions.

Job Summary
Provides comprehensive mobile diagnostic hearing testing, ear cleaning and hearing aid fittings for eligible patients under the direction of an Audiologist provider.
Responsibilities:
Performs patient evaluations
Charting and documentation
Patient management (assisting with gathering required paperwork for testing)
Diagnostic hearing testing with specialized mobile equipment
Non-Instrument ear cleaning and lavage
Always represent yourself as a professional as the face of Virtual Hearing Solutions offering mobile and virtual customer service with the ability to address all questions/concerns promptly.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; with graduation from formal medical assistant program.
Minimum Experience: 1-3 Years (preferred); new graduates considered.
Minimum Field of Expertise: Medical Assistant
Overall knowledge of medical terminology.
General knowledge of medical technology and patient management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with time management, organizational, and planning skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent adaptable problem solver and maintains an attention to detail.
Highly motivated, and self-driven with an ability to work autonomously.
Demonstrates exceptional professional and interpersonal skills.
Highly dependable and punctual.
A diagnostic test performed:
Diagnostic hearing exam
Non-Instrumental ear cleaning and lavage
Hearing aid fitting under direct supervision of trained Audiologist
Work Environment
Geriatric population
Exposure to patients' skin.
Scrubs are required and Protective clothing or equipment is required and provide
Valid driver's license, favorable motor vehicle record and active car insurance in employees' name.
Physical Requirements
Work consistently requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 lbs. in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Possible Exposure to communicable diseases. Must speak, read, and write Basic English fluently. Intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch. Manual finger dexterity. Will require travel to various assigned locations.
Job Type: Part-time/On-call/At-Will
Pay: $20.00-25.00 per hour based on assigned region

Work Location: varies by assignment in the state
