About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits, the Benefits Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and day-to-day management and compliance of CrowdStrike’s US retirement plans, and the health, risk, retirement, and allowance programs for Canada and LATAM. You will be the Benefits partner and subject matter expert for HR Business Partners, Regional Senior Leaders and employees.
What You'll Do:
Lead the design, policy creation, provider selection, and implementation of new programs for responsible regions
Evaluate current benefits policies and programs and develop recommendations to ensure programs are competitive, align with CrowdStrike’s benefits philosophy, comply with local regulations, and are scalable
Stay up to date on current events and legislative and market trends and practices, and recommend changes as needed
Effectively communicate with employees and leaders to ensure benefit programs are fully understood and appropriately valued
Manage relationships and contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and plan vendors
Work closely with HRIS, HR Business Partner, and Payroll to build out benefits program and time-off tracking in Workday for various countries
Budget and track costs in partnership with our Finance team
Review and approve benefits invoices to ensure timely payment
Support M&A HR activities for any due diligence and/or integration activities as needed
Support special projects as needed
US Retirement Plans:
Responsible for US 401(k) and non-qualified deferred compensation design, compliance and operation
Prepare and lead the quarterly 401(k) Committee meetings and implement approved changes
Ensure plan compliance including updated plan documents, completion of the annual nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filing and yearly audit
Canada/LATAM Benefits Programs:
Manage and administer LATAM and Canada benefits programs including health, risk, retirement, time-off, and perks/allowance programs.
Lead the annual benefits renewal process and educate employees on program changes/utilization
Implement new group benefit plans, as needed, to support business initiatives
What You’ll Need:
Strong, demonstrated experience in US retirement plans and understanding of ERISA, DOL, and 409A rules
Experience with international benefits administration, focusing on LATAM and Canada
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
Strong project management and consulting skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to shift priorities and effectively perform under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills to all levels of the organization
Demonstrated capability in building trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization
Technology industry experience is a plus
Proficiency with Workday is a plus

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 - $150,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
