Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to build the Customer Success department from the ground up. You can build success for the business and promote the Canaan brand through unparalleled customer service. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, you will also develop internal procedures and workflows to speed up customer support.
Responsibilities
● Develop and manage customer relationships at all levels to speed up client adoption of Canaan mining product line and consistently demonstrate and boost the value of the solutions
● Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution to improve customer service experience
● Enhance customer service quality outcomes by researching, analyzing, and redesigning procedures, developing, and disseminating service metrics, and tracking and assessing outcomes.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to drive to build workflows, processes, and service standards to deliver solutions, resolution of challenges, and drive customer success
● Acts as a liaison between the customer and other departments in the company, and informs internal departments of any recommendations derived from client feedback
● Be responsible for scaling and managing the day-to-day activities of a Customer Success team, to assist with our quickly growing business
Requirement:
● At least 3+ years in a customer-facing setting, Cross-industry experience is welcome — a bitcoin mining background is not necessary.
● Have a passion for Bitcoin mining and Canaan technology & products.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of spotting problems, taking swift and effective action to address them, and knowing when and how to call upon internal resources for support.
● Excellent team building and influencing abilities, excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and presenting, strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
● Ability to work in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse partners.
● Ability to collaborate efficiently with teammates and clients
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $39,108.37 - $150,000.00 per year
