Alternative Nursing Services of Spokane is currently looking for a caring, honest and compasionate individuals to fill various caregiver position in Spokane County.
We prefer certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). However, if you don't have the certification, we provide financial assistance for your HCA training to get certified.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS COMPETENCIES:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation; if by car, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required
- Nurturing and compassionate nature with the desire to care for others
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
