Full Job Description:
VSA Prospecting, a best-in-class lead generation and appointment-setting firm since 2001, is looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals with strong telephone communication skills to join our team of Business Development Representatives (BDR). As a BDR, your primary responsibility will be making B2B calls on behalf of multiple companies within a wide range of industries. You will collaborate remotely with VSA Program Managers, fellow BDRs, and other team members to maximize program efficiency.
This position is 100% remote and requires a computer, desktop or laptop (with a minimum of 8GB of RAM and functioning webcam) and must be wired via ethernet for reliable internet connection. Must have a minimum internet speed of 25Mbps, a USB Headset with noise cancellation. VSA's standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm EST. You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. We are looking to hire immediately, with paid training. Ongoing training is provided to all BDRs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Using available resources/systems, research and provide accurate responses to customers.
· Provide customers with service information/instruction.
· Update customer/account information and document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
· Follow up customer calls when necessary.
Required Skills:
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
· Must have great writing skills (grammar, punctuation).
· Must be extremely computer proficient (assessment required).
· Ability to get past a gate keeper to talk to a Decision Maker.
· Ability to talk to senior level Decision Makers.
· Ability to speak on the phone in a professional and efficient manner.
· Ability to resolve issues to benefit both customer and company.
· Ability to fact-find, analyze and problem-solve and attention to detail.
· Customer service orientation.

Experience/Education:
· Previous customer service experience in inbound/outbound, customer service, or sales environment (minimum 2 years).
· Telemarketing background a plus.
· Appointment setting a plus.
· Experience in completing surveys a plus.
· Cold calling B2B experience required (minimum 2 years).
· Call center experience a plus.
· HS Diploma.
· Knowledge of call center CRM, telephony, and technology.
· Excellent data entry and typing skills.
