Company Summary:
Front Range Stone, a Division of Patrick Industries, serves the entire state and is one of Colorado’s largest and most established custom countertop and commercial surface fabricators offering a breadth of countertop products including Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, and Laminate.
Essential Functions:
Accurate project entry and process owner from beginning to end.
Answering and directing customer inquiries and emails as related to projects.
Ensure high service and quality standards are met / exceed with all customers.
Must be self-driven to learn while self-enhancing material knowledge.
Solution and results driven in fast paced and high volume environment.
Must excel in delivering and exceeding the customer experience.
Ability to think strategically and tactically in scheduling customer deliveries and installations.
Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Experience:
Customer Service Experience required with knowledge in a scheduling database and/or construction environment preferred
Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Skills & Abilities:
High attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must be able to handle high volume workload
Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
