Job Description
We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk employee is the face of our company; they are the person a guest sees when they first walk into the facility. This person must be team-oriented with great communication skills. The Front Desk employee ensures positive customer experience.

Pay:
$17.50 - $28.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills.
Availability to work a variable work schedule.
Must professionally present self regarding personal dress and grooming.
