Job Description
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Support Admin to join our growing team! The Support Admin will be responsible for converting data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. This person will conduct full lifecycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Additionally, develop technical solutions to business problems beginning with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Systematic input of order receipts and auditing
- Create and update parts in Master Catalog
- Systematic transfers of parts
- Update Bin locations for newly stocked items
- Communicate with field team on confirmation of part arrival
- Assist Purchasing team to execute on daily tasks
Key Competencies and Minimum Education:
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Specifically Excel)
- Experience with Data Entry (preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented
- Communication skills
- Organization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
