Job Description: New England Dental Center is excited to announce a newly open position within our admin team. Our mission at NEDC is to provide our patients with a trusting, convenient, and comfortable environment. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate would be an energetic, highly motivated individual who can problem solve and offer a team player mentality.
The front desk coordinator is responsible for many general business office functions. Day to day tasks included but not limited to are:
greeting patients, answering phones, entering and explaining treatment plans, verifying insurance coverage and co-insurance responsibility. Other duties include scheduling, registering new patients, benefit breakdowns, use of insurance portals, collecting payments, monitoring schedule, lab cases and triaging emails and calls to appropriate people. Candidate should possess strong customer service and computer skills and have an understanding dental procedures and terminology.

Preferred Experience:
One year Dental Front Desk experienced preferred.
