Job Description
Description:
As an Assembler, they will be responsible for assembling and disassembling components and products while also ensuring that the finished products meet our quality standards. They must be able to work in fast-paced environments and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
An assembler is primarily capable of performing assemblies, usually putting parts together following instructions from a blueprint or assembly manual. Assembly work is typically a manual process. They may be putting pieces together by hand or using various hand tools. So manual dexterity is a plus. Fine motor control, strong hand, and eye coordination are also helpful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
- Align components and adjust clearances to ensure proper fit
- Utilize measuring equipment and gauges to ensure proper assembly
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies
- Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated experience as an Assembler
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- High school diploma or equivalent
- US Person required
