Job Description
We are seeking a Commission Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Monmouth County.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze and assess accuracy of agent commissions,
provide solutions for commission inquiries from sales agents,
maintain records of sales and commission data,
collaborate with team regarding commission related issues and
diagnosis variations in commission structure, set-up and reporting
Must be organized, professional, have great written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and problem solve
Must be able to think independently but also be a team player.
Must have ability to multi-task and problem solve and meet deadlines
