Job Description
A Japanese manufacturer of equipment in the food industry is seeking a Japanese bilingual production control & technical engineer in PA.
An ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering and more than 1 year of working experience, but a new graduate is also welcome.
The company will support US working visa and provide relocation support.
・Formulate production plans while maintaining communication with Japanese engineers.
・Send out machining instructions to the manufacturing site based on the parts drawings created by Japanese engineers.
・Checks the progress of parts processing and reports whether it is in accordance with the production plan or not.
・Checks the progress of the parts ordered in the U.S., and reports whether they are in accordance with the production plan.
・If there are any delays in the production plan, discuss with the manager and Japanese engineers and take countermeasures.
Technical Support
・Communicate with Japanese engineers to resolve any questions or problems in processing that are raised by processors.
・Communicate with Japanese engineers to resolve any processing questions or issues raised by processors.
・Respond to technical questions from vendors through communication with Japanese engineers.
・Communicate with Japanese engineers to answer technical questions from customers.
Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering is highly desired.
・Must be able to read mechanical drawings.
・Able to speak English at a business level.
・Able to speak Japanese at a business level.
・Experience working for a manufacturer is desirable.
