Job Description
CORMAC is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing company. This is a part-time remote opportunity open to HUBZone RESIDENTS ONLY. In this role the individual will work 40 hours a month/10 hours per week, which allows for relatively flexible hours, however at least half of the work will be completed during business hours when some of the communications that are related to the work may need to occur.
As a BD Coordinator you will assist in the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand market presence.
CORMAC’s Hybrid Work Policy applies to all who live within a 50-mile radius driving distance of either our Baltimore, MD, or Leesburg, VA, locations. The Flexible policy requires you to be in the office at least twice a week and allows department heads to define the ideal in-office days for their department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Daily duties will vary according to project needs, with job responsibilities to include:
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Preferred Skills & Experience
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
