The right person will work closely yet remotely, supporting this individual to create the perfect environment for their productivity and creativity! Regular duties will include:
- Provide sophisticated sales support via prospect research, lead tracking, and CRM management
- Conserve executive's time with comprehensive email management and correspondence; drafting and sending follow-ups; personal phone calls and other forms of communication as necessary
- Schedule, coordinate and prepare meetings and agendas; collect and create support materials; draft agreements and spreadsheets
- Provide calendar management with a heavy emphasis on proactive and systematic planning.
- Manage all aspects of speaking engagements, including scheduling, logistics, preparing and producing presentation materials

In addition, we will put a priority on meeting with candidates who have the following work experience:
- Background in sales and/or sales support
- 5+ years serving in an executive assistant role to a C-Suite/Executive level individual
- Fluency in various SaaS tools: Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Salesforce, File Sharing Software, Zoom, DocuSign, etc.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Zoho a BIG PLUS
In exchange for these qualities, the company is happy to offer an annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000/year plus bonus, 401(k), and PTO.
