Position Summary:
The Director of Segment Marketing leads the division responsible for driving revenue attainment and customer experience for the Americas business group. They strategize and manage the campaign message priority, budget allocations, and tactic mix to optimize segment specific goals. The Sr. Manager oversees Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), current sales and revenue pacing, key sales and sales enablement programs, marketing contribution to sales target, current marketing plans, and vendor dynamics. They build the segment level strategy and continuously optimize the tactical plan based on current segment economics.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and drive revenue-generating marketing initiatives targeting specific customer segments to create an overall segment marketing strategy
Work closely with Sales, Corporate Marketing, Vendor, and Product Development teams to create multi-channel plans that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies for identifying the total addressable market (TAM), segment analytics, and opportunities
Maintain behavioral profiles, personas, customer drivers, and customer success criteria
Evaluate funnel, marketing contribution, and monthly bookings to target to optimize marketing investments for revenue planning
Conduct cadence governance and audience management meetings
Promotes and guides the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives
Field customer feedback loops and use it to design and guide future behavior
Own and oversee the go-to-market (GTM) calendar and strategic campaign budget allocation
Mentor and coach direct reports
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least eight (8) years of experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, sales, or a related field
At least three (3) years of leadership experience in a Global and/or Regional marketing strategy role in a B2B organization
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua and experience in campaign management, lead nurturing and lead scoring
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
Familiarity with relational data infrastructure
Experience with account-based marketing, ABM strategies, and tactics
Knowledge of sales and marketing alignment frameworks such as demand funnel, ROMI, marketing attribution, and marketing contribution to sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Experience in developing and implementing successful revenue marketing strategies that have driven measurable results
Have an analytics mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision making
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Possess a strong attention to detail and have project management skills
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Master's degree in related field is preferred
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $165,000 or more depending on experience

- Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
