Job Description
Under general supervision of the Executive Assistant, handles answers calls on main phone system, answers general information inquiries and directs telephone calls to the various departments. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
High School Diploma or GED, six months receptionist or customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age in Arizona and 21 years of age in California. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
