Job Description
We are searching for an onsite transaction coordinator in our Wasilla, Alaska location to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Responsibilities:
- Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
- Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
- Provide front and back-office support, where needed
- Organize and assess all necessary contract documents to ensure completion and accuracy
- Keep agents informed on the progress of the transaction
- Work graciously with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc
- Continue to take a day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
- Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors, clients, and customers
- Work with the title company as a secondary liaison on any necessary information/documentation to help get the property to a successful closing
- Act as a reliable liaison between clients and agents
- Continuously work to audit and improve systems for efficiency
Qualifications
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- 3 Years Real Estate Experience
- Experience running 50+ files simultaneously
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
- Quick learner and able to keep up in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in time management
- An innovative individual with the ability to solve problems with training and resources
- Desire to learn and grow while achieving goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
