HR Analyst will support the Global HR Leader in executing various HR projects in support of the upcoming separation and sale of the business.
HR Analyst Responsibilities:
Help manage Census data for a 600-person organization, including keeping track of joiners, leavers, and approved open positions.
Draft communications for various employee groups.
Manage project to create a Job Description database.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.
Obtain data, information, or updates from a variety of stakeholders.
Create a standard PowerPoint template for Talent Card content (summary of employment history for key talent) and convert the content from a wide variety of template formats into the standard one.
Create different summaries of company census data for company GLT.
Help manage a project plan and key stakeholders related to some of the separation activities.
HR Analyst Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
HR Experience/background, either educational and/or work experience preferred.
Change management/stakeholder management skills.
Team player, organized, proactive, and analytical.
Strong project management skills.
Good at executing a wide variety of tasks and managing deadlines.
Strong communicator.
Open to virtual resources.
