Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management, planning and execution of all Website, SEO, Email, and Content Marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, SEO/Organic Search, Email, Marketing Automation, Organic Social, Blogs and Website Content. This is a hands-on role that requires a data-driven digital and content marketing expert with demonstrated experience delivering profitable lead growth for products/services with a long conversion cycle.

By increasing our brand awareness and qualified lead conversion through organic digital and content marketing initiatives, you will be a key component of driving demand to fuel that growth. This position requires creativity and efficiency as you seek ways to optimize our programs without limiting scale.
Responsibilities
· Manage external SEO agency and develop an industry-leading SEO strategy, including technical SEO, web content, and linking strategies, to optimize website for search and continually drive growth in organic traffic and leads
· Ensure that SEO development projects are prioritized, clearly defined and deployed in a timely manner in support of the overall growth plan
· Maintain, and continually improve, the accuracy and effectiveness of all website content taking SEO and sales/customer content needs into account
· Direct and ensure the effective execution of all email marketing campaigns including automation trigger campaigns, marketing/newsletter pushes and transactional customer communications
· Track and report on email marketing KPIs, including results from A/B tests including subject line, content, offer, etc.
· Develop and maintain robust content calendar that drives email, organic social and website content, communications and regular A/B testing designed to continually improve channel ROI
· Manage, prioritize, and ensure accurate and timely completion of all website development projects, including oversight of external development partners
· Remain current in digital marketing, social marketing, ecommerce, and web usability trends and best practices, as well as potential new channels/platforms
Qualifications:
· Bachelors’ Degree required
· Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing and analytics is required
· Demonstrated analytical mindset with direct ROI experience
· Expert-level knowledge of SEO best practices and proven track record of delivering organic search growth via data-driven analytics
· Significant knowledge of, and demonstrated skill with, web analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics with a solid understanding of GA4 and its differences with UA
· Deep working knowledge, and demonstrated success in planning and execution, of email marketing automation campaigns leveraging platforms similar to Marketo, Pardot, etc
· Experience managing and executing organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
· Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where strategies or priorities can quickly shift as business needs warrant
· Must be exceptionally organized, highly detail oriented and have strong project management and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Self-directed and motivated to manage priority workload is a MUST
