Primary Purpose of the Position
The Department of Accounting, Economics, and Finance at Winston-Salem State University is seeking Adjunct Faculty to provide part-time instruction in undergraduate-level courses in Accounting, Business Law, Business Communications, Economics, and Finance or Financial Planning.

Provide each student with clear course expectations, evaluations, timelines and approved syllabus.
Provide engaging and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes.
Suitably challenge, engage, serve and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning while maintaining mutual value and respect.
Complete grade books, mid-term and final grade submission, learning assessments and final exam assessments on a timely basis.
Respond to student questions on a timely basis.
Ensure course and program learning outcomes are delivered as defined by the syllabus.
