Job Description
Short-Term Rental Assistant:
Looking for an organized and grammatically acute Short-Term Rental Assistant. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and informing cleaners when guests check-out. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential. In some cases, driving to the rental will be required to fulfill requests.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the vacation rental industry from an active owner. In this nuclear company, you will start from the ground up from cleaning the units, developing a high level of detail, all the way to managing the rental. From there you will grow onto greater responsibilities that will include:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaner:
- Attention to detail
- Quality Control
- Bi-monthly inventory of the supplies and conduct the purchasing
Assistant:
- Communicating through multiple platforms
- Creating and assigning door codes
- Answering any questions guests have within 5 minutes or less
- Quality assurance and monitoring preventative maintenance
- Ensuring that guests adhere to house rules
- Communicating with cleaning staff
- Ability to commute when needed to assist guests
- Developing marketing materials and ideas
- Administration activities
- Bookkeeping
Experience: Superior communication skills. Emotional intelligence. Ability to take constrictive criticism. No experience necessary.
Requirements: No felonies. Must have valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability to work weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $350.00 - $950.00 per week
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
