Job Description
The primary job responsibilities include:
· Assisting internal clients
· Helping staff with their desktop and basic hardware issues.
· Learn about ongoing company projects involving: data mining, social media aggregation, web site support
· Working with our outside vendors
· Working with SharePoint and Salesforce.com and connectivity with AWS (SQL) repository
· Key projects will include improving connectivity and between systems using API or other WDSL or SOAP or other inter platform connectivity tool
· IT support will report to COO or other specified contact.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Troubleshooting system and network problems
· Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Qualifications
· Ideal for recent college graduates
· Completed a degree in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related IT
· Strong technical skills
· Ability to quickly learn new software and/or new concepts
Salesforce a MUST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
