This position is responsible for addressing user tickets submitted to Help Desk, as well as performing other duties as directed by Management. Day to day production issues, helping deploy solutions are all a part of the overall responsibilities of this position. This role has a rotating on-call component that requires some work outside of normal business hours including some weekends. There may also be some travel involved, as we bring up/move buildings, launch large initiatives, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution
- Install, configure, and maintain office software and hardware
- Assist with network administration tasks such as DNS configuration and firewall management
- Support mobile devices and ensure their connectivity to the network
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical needs
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high user satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Linux operating systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
