Job Description
Vaco Boston is partnered with a leading technology company in the Boston Area. They currently are seeking entry level Technical Support Specialists for technical troubleshooting roles both client facing and back end.

Candidates must be able to work onsite. Keep in mind, these roles are technical in nature and are entry level up to 1-2 years of experience! General responsibilities:
Helping clients over the phone with technical questions regarding company's product
Remotely troubleshoot issues with client and field technicians
Answer routine questions on product, usage, installation, troubleshooting
Follow up with clients and internal teams to confirm that problem has been resolved
Escalating issues to supervisor when needed
Skills:
1+ years of technical experience OR 1+ year office experience, looking to move into a technical related role
Strong communication skills
Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
