Position Summary
Museum of the Bible is looking for a Lead Digital Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. He or she will help optimize digital marketing efforts across paid and owned channels including web, e-commerce, social media, and SEO. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking team player who is passionate about digital marketing and data analysis.
The Lead Digital Media Specialist is responsible for collaborating with the team on marketing and advertising campaign strategy, managing campaigns across various platforms, and adjusting efforts based on reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing team and agency to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
Generate reports with key metrics on digital marketing initiative's performance, including Google Analytics, paid search, video, paid social, and SEO.
Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into future actionable improvements.
Lead the email team and ensure alignment of digital strategies within the larger marketing team.
Lead the creation and implementation of event ticketing on the website working with the creative team, ticketing specialist and IT to optimize the customer journey and revenue.
Stay up to date on the newest digital marketing tools to build the Museum of the Bible brand, improve customer engagement, and generate qualified leads.
Education
Bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, or Digital Field preferred
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience with SEO and digital marketing.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Office, and Act-On.
3+ years of related experience
Innovative thinker who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Paid social media and digital advertising expertise.
Ability to execute and analyze drip marketing campaigns.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are a must.

Physical demands/requirements are as follows:
