Job Description
HFIM is the administrative and sales support division of the Brad Hall family of companies. HFIM supports companies in fuel and lube distribution, propane sales, retail fuel stations, oil field services farming, fuel transportation and other industries. The family of Companies does business in the Western United States and supplies to over 30 states.
The HR Manager will primarily be focused on:
·Ensure all people process administration are completed timely and accurately including onboarding, integration planning, separations, job changes, unemployment, etc.
· Manage HRIS and ensure all managers are thoroughly trained on the system.
· Develop, assign, monitor, and ensure completion of all Company learning and development processes.
· Ensure managers understand best practices and the importance of proper employee documentation
· Support and drive employment cost control initiatives.
· Oversee all employee relations and regulatory compliance activities.
· Support benefits administration for applicable sites.
· Direct all talent acquisition programs and processes.
· Support all talent management and succession planning initiatives.
· Update existing and create new Job Descriptions as needed.
· Uphold compensation system controls/development and provide direction to management on plan.
· Assist in organizational planning and change management.
· Champion internal communication effectiveness.
· Support recognition and internal marketing programs.
The preferred candidate for the HR Manager will have the following:
· Three or more years' experience in Human Resources Management, Safety Management, Operations, or a related field.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Development or a related field.
· Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
· Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations
· Able to effectively multitask.
· Able to assist and relate to multiple leadership types in multiple industries simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
