Job Description
Roadmaster Marketing is seeking a talented individual to join our energetic team as a Digital Ads Strategist!
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Ads Strategist will be tasked with initiating digital projects, analyzing data, reporting on planned, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget.
Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, critical thinkers who are savvy and up-to-date on tools and technology that aid not just in your own efforts, but the whole crew. It would be best to have a firm grasp on best practices for driving highly effective digital campaigns in this role. Experience in working with an ad budget is a must.

Responsibilities:
Create advertising strategies and set up of campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for accounts
Ensure all campaigns are in full alignment with brand identity and expectations.
Manage all paid advertising channels/products, including but not limited to: Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
Working with multiple advertising verticals including search, programmatic and social.
Comfortable communicating paid advertising strategy results and areas of success or need for improvement.
Provide complete and accurate data in weekly meetings.
Capable in providing conversion optimization, keyword research, targeting, etc.
Knowledgeable in making recommendations for improvement in areas that require it.
Maintain up-to-date information on industry progress and paid advertising best practices
Position Requirements
1-3 years digital marketing experience
Google Analytics and Facebook Ads required; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
Google AdWords certification is a plus, as well as other advertising and marketing certifications
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
Experience/knowledge successfully managing search, programmatic or social ads.
Experience making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies
Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
Experience analyzing social advertising data preferred
