What you'll do
This position is responsible for developing the end-to-end vision, strategy, roadmap and team initiatives related to Marketing Experiences worldwide, including all the ways in which customers learn about DocuSign, participate in our digital communities and create a DocuSign account. The role must be able to manage consistencies across a growing team and build product experiences that enable and empower our Customer Success Teams, Digital Business Teams, Demand Generation Teams, Sales Teams, Product Marketers and Web Content Teams with the right tools and capabilities to efficiently complete DocuSign’s strategic goals.
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for developing the product strategy and roadmap that expands across our web properties and domains. You’ll shape the roadmap and craft experiences that transform our authentication flows, our digital communities, account creation models and provide personalized experiences for our customers. Your work will drive a reduction in customer acquisition costs, increase speed to market, and improve the end-to-end journey for how customers experience DocuSign products. As the marketing technology landscape evolves, we need to give our marketers the tools and guidance to remain competitive so that we can focus on what matters most, our customers.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product.
Responsibility
Own the key strategy and vision of our Marketing Experiences across DocuSign’s web properties, understanding the broad needs of internal business teams across different application experiences
Envision and execue the creation of personalized, useful, repeatable, high quality and localized Marketing Experiences that can solve multiple problems in different business contexts
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Digital and Direct Business across web properties and domains
Articulate DocuSign’s Marketing Experience vision, strategies, priorities, and desired outcomes
Lead the creation of a well-supported product strategy to optimize, consolidate and or connect different digital experiences across domains
Partner closely with Country Marketing Teams, Events Teams, Customer Support and Success Teams, DocuSign University and Community, Sales Teams, Product Marketing Leads and key partners to define a compelling long-term vision
Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders across DocuSign to enable durable and reusable marketing experiences
Prioritize the experimentation and product roadmap consistently based on customer outcomes and communicate commitments and updates to your customers
Build positive relationships with internal teams, such as Analytics, Product Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering, to drive our digital marketing experiences forward
Be responsible for the KPIs, performance and measurement of our digital communities and marketing experiences across domains, including impact to the business
Leverage usability studies, business and product usage data, external industry trends, and metrics to create marketing experiences that satisfy customer needs, and the business cannot live without
Partner closely with strategic partners of DocuSign to align on technology partnerships while being laser focused on building the right user experience of the highest quality for self-serve capabilities
Serve as a senior lead for a growing team of product managers, while also serving as the frontlines product manager for the Marketing Experiences
Job Designation
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
8+ years of proven experience in product management, growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS or app industry
Strong track record of proven and documented success in driving user growth, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies
Experience working with applications that power online digital communities and incorporate relationships between experiences across domains and subdomains, including personalization
Preferred
Master's degree
Deep understanding of various acquisition channels, including search and SEO, display, and influencer marketing
Expertise in full-funnel marketing optimization, and performance analysis of freemium acquisition models
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with external partners
Comfortable and knowledgeable about software engineering and web architecture fundamentals, able to anticipate and understand new technologies quickly
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $130,500 - $208,050 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits.
