Job Description
We need a solid leader with a process-oriented controls mindset to join us in the central JPMC Marketing organization ("the Center"). You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing Operations & Business Services within Performance Marketing, which supports the Chase, J.P. Morgan and corporate brands, and you will guide the strategy and manage the day-to-day for multiple teams. You must bring the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide oversight that ensures a sound risk & controls environment for common business practices, governance, and quality control for marketing operations. You should be someone who can build and maintain strong relationships and partner closely with senior Controls, Compliance, Legal and Regulatory stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage teams that provide services around common business practices, operational governance, and quality control across channels and lines of business to deliver marketing campaigns
Guide the change management processes and provide oversight of legal obligations, regulatory events, and firmwide policies & standards
Maintain oversight and tracking of Registered Tools, Unstructured Data, Records Management, and Business Resiliency across the Center
Own the governance of Marketing procedural documentation and business process ownership
Manage the operations for a centralized quality control model for marketing execution, which includes for email, direct mail and digital landing pages
Perform program management for key initiatives and provide regular executive-level reporting and strategic roadmaps for end-to-end marketing operations process improvements and transformation initiatives
Work closely with Controls and the functions in the Center to ensure we are operating in a sound environment to protect our customers, employees and the firm
Requirement Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities
10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management and/or Risk & Controls
5+ years of people management experience with proven success leading teams to achieve measurable business results demonstrated by refined OKRs and KPIs
Demonstrated ability to quickly develop effective, trust-based relationships and partnerships, and influence outcomes in a highly-matrixed organization
Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with a high degree of independence
Ability to think and act strategically and tell effective stories to executives in presentations, while self-managing and prioritizing amongst multiple projects with competing objectives
Bachelor's degree

MBA or advanced degree
15+ years post-graduate work experience
Experience in the financial services industry
