Position Title: Project Manager, Marketing Operations
Department: Marketing
Reports to: EVP of Marketing & Business Development
Position Brief:
We are looking for a talented Project Manager, Marketing Operations to administer creative projects, commercial campaigns, and live events across our brands. This role primarily involves planning and executing tactics to strengthen the company’s market presence, increase brand awareness, improve internal processes, and ultimately drive rapid expansion of CUBEX / Zimbis market share and revenue. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager commercial and a skilled operations specialist, able to plan and execute everything from a video shoot to a large tradeshow to an omnichannel product launch campaign.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan and organize marketing content production in coordination with our in-house design team as well as freelancers.
Contact customers to arrange for on-location shoots, interviews, testimonials etc.
Production of formal content briefs, mood boards, scripts, detailed itineraries, shot lists, and post-production notes.
Author guidelines for user-generated content (UGC) and professionally coach customers on production in order to curate a robust pipeline of UGC for dissemination via major Social Media channels.
Organize and manage support for live events, including industry tradeshows, education seminars, partner meetings, executive events etc.
Efficiently disseminate new content to the right channels so that all relevant stakeholders get access as soon as it’s available.
Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, event support, etc., utilizing HubSpot, Salesforce, and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Monitor and measure department progress, including the performance of marketing campaigns, business intelligence, and other department progress
Work directly with the EVP of Marketing and Business Development and/or additional creative contractors/resources to assist in the creation and execution of valuable and engaging content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications that attract and convert our target groups
Control budgets and allocate resources among various projects
Source and manage lead lists from tradeshows, conferences, etc. and supervise list management policies and procedures specifically in Salesforce.com and HubSpot
Execute departmental training presentations at quarterly sales meetings and provide relevant training updates as needed
Reports to: EVP of Marketing & Business Development
Skills and Attributes:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Demonstrable experience in marketing ops, together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Excellent leadership and administrative skills
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-departmental managers to ensure alignment with sales and marketing processes
Skills and Attributes (Continued):
Customer-oriented approach with market aptitude
Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM experience desired but not required
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with excel and data management tools
Not required but preferred: Basic skills with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
Hours of Operation/Travel:
Regular working hours appropriate for full-time employment
Occasional travel for tradeshows and/or meetings

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Position Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in the required field is required
A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience (sales and/or marketing) is required, with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
Experience in Veterinary or Dental Health is strongly preferred but not required.

$75k - $95k DOE
