Job Description
Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
Program Coordinator
We are looking for a Coordinator for a program working to reduce the impact of safety power outages in communities prone to high fire threats. PG&E's Portable Battery Program offers back-up batteries at no costs to residents who qualify. In this role you would perform complex program support duties that include database management, data entry, extensive program documentation and record keeping, data research and compliance analysis. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-task orientation, excellent communication skills with subcontractors and customers, ability to work well under pressure, time management and leadership skills. This can be a home based, remote position but incumbent must reside in California.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative and customer service support
One year of experience coordinating projects
Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills
Experience in energy efficiency or home construction a plus
Salary Range:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
