Job Description
We service clients all over the Southeast USA while our home office is in Athens, GA. We have been in business for over 16 years. Candidate would be working from our Athens based office and on-site at our clients locations.
Roles and responsibilities:
-communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
-friendly customer service
-technical, problem solving skills with attention to detail
-good ticketing and documentation skills and accountability (documenting issues at hand, your time working on issues, etc.)
-resolve issues within the scope of your ability
-eagerness to learn new technologies and skills
-escalate issues out of your scope or depending on severity to management
-work in a team environment with accountability and ownership to work issues through resolution
-initiative to resolve IT requests and implement permanent fixes for repeat issues
-Windows computers, servers, networks, network drives, client server networks
Flex time to work from home is available.
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield health/dental/vision is available. PTO options.
Must pass background check and drug screening before hiring.
