Position Summary:
This is an entry-level Information Technology Technician position. The ideal candidate is a college graduate highly motivated and interesting in gaining experience in the areas of helpdesk/desktop configuration, repair, and support, network administration and diagnosis, and troubleshooting a variety of IT issues.

Hybrid Role\*\* 2 days in field(Dallas Forth Worth, TX)/3 days remote
Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Expereinced in DRB
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Install and upgrade antivirus software
- Travel to car wash sites for troubleshooting
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
- Troubleshoot general hardware and software issues
- Diagnose general network issues
- Terminate, test, repair network cabling and other low voltage cables
- Install and maintain VPN infrastructure
- Create and maintain standards across network and computer equipment
- Create and maintain standards in Office 365 environment
- General Office software support (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Create and maintain Active Directory on premise for device management
- Administers firewall devices
- Troubleshoot car wash POS system
Qualifications for IT Technician
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware
- Must be able to travel to car wash sites
- Familiar with network standards and general network cabling
- Critical thinking to find long lasting solutions instead of ‘band-aids’ to fix issues

Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel:
Primarily local travel during the business day but may require up to 30%.
