Pharos is seeking an Entry Level Software Implementation Specialist to join our growing Professional Services team. As an entry level specialist, you will have mentorship from seasoned, subject matter experts, to learn everything you will need for success. In this role you will gain skills including server, network, database, and many more technologies and capabilities. Pharos’ Software Implementation Specialists work closely with customers to maximize our technology and realize value on investment. This role has considerable influence on Pharos solution adoption by customers.
Pay Range: USD$50,000-USD$60,000 per year
What you will do:
The Software Application Engineer is critical in providing specialized knowledge on Pharos solutions and supporting technologies.
Architecture design and infrastructure readiness services preparing customers to design, build, and support the Pharos solution
Engage stakeholders providing leadership and oversight on the path to success
Deploy and drive fast and efficient installation activities
Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to core team members
Reporting and analytics services

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Education and Experience

Location:
This position is based in the Rochester, New York area and training will be based out of our Rochester Headquarters. Pharos has a flexible policy towards remote and hybrid work. Dependent on progress and performance, there may be flexibility on work location, including remote work, after the first year of in this role.
