Atlantic Systems, Inc., a leader in the retail liquor point of sale industry, is seeking an entry level Help Desk Coordinator to answer and log support requests for our proprietary POS software. You will play a key role in helping us provide outstanding technical software support to our clients. This position is very important, you will be our customers first point of contact and have a direct effect on their experience with Atlantic Systems Inc.
Responsibilities:
Handle and logs all incoming live calls, emails and voicemails that come into the support department into our help desk software.
Speak to the customer and gather information to create help desk support tickets.
Create new customer profiles in our help desk software.
Update customer account profiles in the help desk as needed by management or other departments.
Answer phones with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
Respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
Handle minor and low severity software support calls as needed and in a timely manner.
Install remote access software for client access and maintain remote access client list.
Work with our Software Support Technicians and Support Manager to ensure the customer’s calls have been completed and necessary calls have been logged.
Work with our Customer Relationship team to ensure that our customers have received excellent customer service.
Develop strong positive working relationships with customers and colleagues focused on resolving customer concerns.
Keep accurate and thorough records.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent.
Ability to work remotely when needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently at times and as an active member of a team.
Ability to listen and empathize with a customer while arriving at the best positive outcome.
Professional and courteous communication skills through phone conversations and email messaging.
Understands urgency, attention to detail and communication.
Time management and organization skills required.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) required.
Experience with customer service desired.
Training will be provided. Position is currently remote but will need to be in the office at times and will return to office full time at notice of management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
