In this role, you’ll get to:
- Process daily inventory transactions (purchases and usages)
- Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile at month end
- Update inventory count and maintain inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
- Effectively work and communicate with cross functional teams to ensure inventory is accurate and properly recorded
- Internal controls – gather information/insights on current processes and internal controls; work with management to implement changes to drive efficiencies and strengthening of controls
- Assist accounting manager processing payroll and related payroll compliance tasks
- Assist accounting manager and senior accountant with additional month-end tasks
- Any other ad hoc projects the organization requires
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams
- Experience or knowledge on preparing financial statements
- Thorough understanding of Basic accounting principles
- General understanding of GAAP
- Highly detail oriented with strong skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Experience with ADP, QuickBooks, or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills and analytical skills

Pay: 55,000 - 65,000 Annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site 4 Days a week, 1 day Remote)
