Job Description – IT Project Coordinator
CobbleStone Software’s Requirements and Release Management Team is integral to evolving the product(s) we offer clients and has a direct hand in the company achieving its corporate goals. The IT Project Coordinator is an entry level position in the Requirements and Release Management Team and the candidate needs to be organized, detail oriented, and a critical thinker.
Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities for an IT Project Coordinator include (but is not limited to):
- Manage development project plans and schedules for the Release cycle
- Facilitate collaboration across Development teams to help team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Coordinate resources to ensure development projects remain within scope and on-schedule
- Monitor project progress and supply updates to stakeholders and management teams as needed
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports as needed
- Identify and document development project issues and risks and escalate to senior management
- Manage development project-related documentation by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Maintain development project change control process including a structure to manage and track changes in the scope of the development project
- Corporate
o Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Understand and adhere to company, team and department’s policies and procedures.
o Understand and work toward meeting the company’s mission and corporate goals, such as but not limited to assisting or performing duties related to customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, customer retention, risk mitigation, and/or cost savings.
o Understand your job duties and metrics; perform annual training courses as requested by the company.
o Professionally manage duties, be on-time, detail tasks management, client feedback and suggestions.
o In-depth understanding of CobbleStone products and features as required by your specific role.
o Respond to internal and external related inquiries or requests and assist other staff members as required.
o Schedule calls, meetings, tasks, planning events, maintain the team’s agenda.
o Work with CobbleStone team members, where necessary, to recommend solutions that support the company mission and goals.
o Take direction from management, directors, superiors, and others and provide advice in a professional manner.
o Track and report on metrics
o Professional communication and team interaction.
o When asked: assistand/or lead the mentoring of other staff.
o Understand your roles, job duties, and metrics.
o Perform general office duties inclusive of answering phones, emails, meetings, and other related job duties.
o Retain strict confidentiality obligations of company policies and those of its clients; inclusive of not participating in or responding to surveys/questions or posting company/client/vendor/employee or non-public information on social media sites or other public sources.
o Maintain compliance with PTO (Personal Time Off) and time-off policies, security policies, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and client contract obligations; strive to schedule all time-off in advance and coordinate with manager and Human Resources.
o Be reliable, professional, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Assistwith meeting Company’s goal of client revenue grow, client retention, profitability goals.
o May require travel, prolonged periods at a computer and other physical activities.
o Assistwith other duties assigned as required to achieve company’s mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; OR equivalent experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Varied technical knowledge and skills needed in the following areas:
o Proficient in the use of PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.
o Proficient with Microsoft office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
o Proficiency with Online Meeting Tools (such as Teams and GoToMeeting) a plus.
o Proficiency with web-based systems a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
