The Quality Assurance Floor Inspector ensures products meet quality standards, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and specifications, guiding production associates on best practices for timely release and issue resolution.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
Performs in-process testing verifications, submits samples for testing, and conducts AQL as required
Approves pre-start-up activities and checks equipment for proper functioning
Ensures real-time compliance to specifications, SOPs, and cGMPs through batch documentation reviews
Addresses errors with line personnel and reviews production logbooks for accuracy
Conducts compliance audits, Gemba walks, and follows safety rules and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required required.
QA experience in manufacturing, required
Familiarity with equipment functionality, Quality Assurance Systems, and computer software like Oracle, AS400, PQM, and Captiva, preferred

Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Understand mathematical functions
